Vampires

Since the settings for Dark Radiance is in part of a large city, some of the vampire bloodlines and sects defined in VTM may not be available to your character if they are residents.  However a vampire of any bloodline or sect may be in the area for a short period of time.   

It is assumed that there is a prince of London and that they do NOT reside in the Cruor Cross area.  The prince does claim that this part of London is part of their domain.  Note this implies that the area is claimed by the camarilla.  The prince or their representatives may come through this part of London occasionally, but their decrees, writs, warrants, etc.  are part of daily vampire life here. 
Assumptions
  • the masquerade is in effect!
  • the city is controlled by the camarilla
  • there is a Prince of London but they do NOT reside in the Cruor Cross area of London
  • the Prince may send representatives to this area at any time with new decrees and / or other information
  • the bloodlines / clans are available to players within reason (some clans and sects may not make sense in a Camarilla controlled area or a highly populated one)
  • the six traditions are observed
